Johnson round 1 – Glitchyness June 23, 2008

Welcome to week one at the Johnson house. This house started off with 3 elders, an adult, a teen, and a child, but I had 2 of the elders (Charlie and Lacey) move out right away so I could manage. This house was really glitchy the whole week thanks to a certain someone you will meet soon.

Okay, first glitch I noticed with this family is that they reverted out of their custom skintone even though I haven’t deleted any custom content.

As always, I forgot makeover pictures, but Meadow came walking by and I had Laurence greet her. They have 3 bolts.

And lucky me, Sarah decided to fall in love with the slob.

*growls* who is VERY glitched.

Uh, there is just something not right about that.

*headdesk* 3 bolt couples are quite annoying actually.

Aww. Lucie is still a little kid at heart.

Sarah got her dream job in the military.

I just don’t think that Laurence’s teacher is going to believe that the dog ate his homework.

And they got a new house because their old one was making me angry.

Sarah invites Willow over to celebrate.

And of course, Meadow is over again.

Poor Kayleigh is going to be ruined for life.

Oops. Maybe I shouldn’t have her repair something with no mechanical points.

This is all Sarah did after I added this to the house.

This is what Lucie did most of the week until they finally got a dishwasher.

Sarah asked Willow to move in.

And I quickly changed her aspiration to grilled cheese. I really don’t like pleasure.

She cleans up decent.

Sassy grew into an adult dog.

Laurence got an A+.

Sarah impaled herself through the window because of a fire.

She got a makeover to get another bolt between her and Willow and then popped.

Uh what???? How do they both get pregnant?

This was when I first started noticing more glitchyness.

Sarah proposed to Willow.

And then they got married.

Sarah invited over her parents Charlie and Lacey to tell them about the marriage and the baby.

Thats alot of candles for a little girl.

Very pretty. What do you aspire to do in life?

Uh WHAT??? She’s not romance, shes popularity, but ok.

Well, she changed LTWs after a few hours. It was weird stupid glitches again. She turned out pretty though.

Once again what? She popped from no tummy to third trimester.

Sarah popped too. *headdesk* That means twins.

Willow had a hard pregnancy so I used the energizer.

Kayleigh called the matchmaker, but didn’t have that much money, so her date didn’t go very well, but she got a few wants fulfilled.

Baby time!

Thank goodness. Welcome baby girl May to the family.

Uh? What? Okay, first she popped into third trimester again and then 5 seconds later gave birth.

Oh good, just two babies. Welcome baby girl June to the family.

Uh Oh, This was another glitch. Willow went into labor again and gave birth to another girl, July. Oh goody for me, now I have triplets to look forward to next week.

Ok Kayleigh, way to make friends with your brother’s girlfriend.

And we end this week with another fire.

Busto round 1 – the crazy howie June 7, 2008

Welcome to week one at the Busto house. The Busto family is from the fellowship one prosperity. I decided to play them to see how the genetics works out since they aren’t the most normal looking sims around. As is with the Rosada’s, I gave them all makeovers to start off. 

Hedwig the popularity sims starts making friends right away, starting with her family.

Howie calls to buy a business to get started on his LTW to own 5 top level businesses.

Me: *hits head on desk*

He arrives at the land he bought and attempts his first makeover. It didn’t work out too well.

Although, after that, they got much better..

and again…

Eventually he added some baby items to sell to the neighborhood and got to a Rank 2.

Me: This is the first time that I have had a business actually.. and I tried quite a bit to get it working

Another good makeover.

I sent Howie back home and sold the business back for now. He met Sadie Oates.

Who is obviously blind to how he looks.

He invites her to move in.

She got a makeover and wound up being very pretty. She’s a fortune sim like Howie, but has a much more do-able LTW.

Howie quickly asks her to marry him

Me: Probably before she gets her sight back and runs the opposite direction

And they get married right in the living room in their undies.

Me: One of these days, I will give some of my sims actual weddings

They adopted a male adult cat named Sweets

And Howie got to work on getting a flower badge

Me: which took making 40 daisy bouquets to get a bronze one.. sheesh

Hedwig looked for a job in the politics career, but couldn’t find one and gave up.

I have fallen in love with the Pets EP again (for now)

Rufus has a liking for sports and spent quite a bit of time on the basketball goal.

Me: That ball is bigger than him

See? I definitely think that these two are going to be together.  She came over randomly and they started dancing.

Me: really MAXIS? what kind of name is that?

Me: Oh, I edited the family trees so that Howie is Rufus and Hedwig’s father because it better fits.

Esmond Kirkendall came over for 2 days and played video games. The only reason he left was because he “popped” out when I installed the freetime patch.

Hedwig learned to study from Sadie.

And she was the social one in this house.

They adopted another cat, this one a female named Roux

Sadie taught the cats the tricks needed to work in the Show Biz career.

Howie, really now? That’s your daughter and looks very inappropriate

Hedwig was excited about the new baby. She did this on her own quite a few times.

Howie attempts to fix the shower, which he did, but it still looks broken.

Instead of waiting a few minutes for his wife to finish dinner, he stuffed his face 

Have to love the insane amounts of chance cards with freetime. Lets go with slide tackle…

Uh, creepy townie, it’s not appropriate to look at your friend’s stepmother’s chest.

I forgot that there was a toy car in the yard and at first I was like WTF is she doing?

Oh! Second bump!

Yay! The cats are becoming friends!

Which means one thing! Kittens on the way..

Rufus decided to go swimming right before school and almost missed the bus

Sadie finally decides she wants to kill Howie.

Hedwig gets an A+.

And so does Rufus.

Me: Enjoy looking cute now, the toddler days are near

Me: Which I decided right after was a bad idea since she didn’t have a chance to get promoted before maternity leave and lost her high paying job

Hedwig somehow finds time between making friends to keep the house clean.

No one cares that you made the crepes catch on fire Sadie.

And Sadie is still trying to get over the electrocution so she kept falling asleep in her food.

O_O. Toddler makeover. She’s cute… in her own way.

And when she was out, she was bothering the kitties.

And no one put her back in the crib, so she slept on the grass

McCoy round 1 – Blocks, zzzs, and makeovers June 3, 2008

Welcome to week one with the McCoy family. This was a family I rolled myself. It started with 5 members: Belle, Brittany, Jessica, Julie, and Justin.

This week started with Jessica playing with the toddler table, a trend that continues throughout this update.

Meanwhile, Belle and Brittany get started on teaching the toddlers their skills.

This guy, Chandler Dennis, showed up right after the welcome party, and Brittany liked him right away.

I didn’t play this hood for awhile and I installed pets during that time, and the toddlers got stuck with the sleeping zzzs.

Jessica’s first day of school.

Brittany didn’t have much time to do anything during the first part of the week because she was busy with the toddlers.

Brittany got a job in Athletics since Oceanography wasn’t open.

Jessica learned to study from Belle

Actually, Belle spent most of her time being a good grandmother this week.

3 people in the family wanted to adopt a pet, so I had Brittany call and adopt a puppy.

See? Isn’t he cute? His name is Maxx.

Brittany worked out while the toddlers were sleeping so she could get a promotion since Oceanography still hadn’t opened.

AWWWW! Maxx watched the TV. I didn’t know this could happen.

Oops. I guess I should of fed her. (Is she supposed to sit IN the pet bowl?)(And those silly zzzs again)

Rufus is just all popular in this town. I think Jessica will actually wind up with her, not a Rosada. He came over everyday of the week and their relationship was 100/100.

He grew up quite well I think.

Oh no, don’t eat that!(He did and got sick before his sister even got to the cake)

After the twins grew up, Brittany had time to focus on a relationship again. She invited over Chandler and asked him to move in. (He added 3000$)

I think he cleaned up well. He does have a little bit of a mouth on him though.

He soon asked her to marry him.

Justin learned to study from Chandler.

And Julie learned to study from Belle.

Brittany and Belle wanted a makeover chair so I got them one. Belle’s first makeover didn’t go so well.

Luckily, she got a second attempt and did much better.

And Brittany got it right on the first try.

And her lifetime want is doable of course (did freetime add new LTWs? I’ve seen alot I haven’t seen before)
